Coming Out as a Witch

It's time for me to explicitly come out as a Witch and start sharing from that identity. Until just a few moments ago, I've been being witchy but hiding myself as a Witch, out of some deep, internalized shame and judgement.

But I believe that one of the ways our current system controls us and limits our options is by giving us a very narrow range of "acceptable" beliefs, and so I know it's deep, liberatory work and play to find and follow paths that our hearts call us toward, even through layers of shame and judgement.

In fact, if your heart is calling you toward something that's hidden behind shame and judgement, you better believe something incredibly powerful is back there, otherwise your social conditioning to avoid it wouldn't have to be so strong to try to block you from it.

So this is the first of many posts on spiritual topics. I'm feeling called to share from journal entries, reflections, perspectives. I hope you enjoy and get something juicy!
