Befriend Your Body is a weekly zoom oasis (yes, oasis!)

A space to unwind, reconnect, and rewire your relationship with your body through gentle, powerful somatic practice in a supportive collective container.

Each week, we move in ways that shift our relationships with our bodies inside and out, reconnecting with the body's belonging and wisdom, so you can shift to relating to your body from the inside and with love.

You'll learn to relate to your body as a beloved companion, the vessel through which you connect and move through life, so you can be available to receive and use the gifts of embodiment.

We replace the voice of "not enough" and self criticism with one of kindness, groundedness, and love, so any changes you make in life are rooted in belonging rather than self-rejection.

We stop pretending things are fine when they’re not and instead use what’s real and true for us to grow, so reclaiming your relationship with your body becomes a journey toward wholeness and deep integrity.

You’ll set a simple intention to carry with you through the week, and our warm, supportive community will help you stay gently on track, so you let go of self-flagellation and come home to sustainable change.

We have a message group that will offer reflections and practices between sessions, so you always feel supported and connected.
